First off it feels like there is no heat in there, waited in the cold for 25 minutes never getting our food, so I go to the register to find out where our food is and they never even started making it. They were blasting country music and goofing off in the kitchen. Someone needs to mop the nasty floors, they are so dirty when you walk you can feel your sneaker stick to it. I really do like stopping in and Shane's rib shack. I like this location and the staff. They're always friendly.. However, the last time we were there, everyone was MIA. Absolutely delicious. The baked potato with bbq served in it was a good serving size. Not skimpy. Shout out to the Manager Ashten. She was fabulous. I had a bad experience/food once and was given a free meal card! I had a great experience/meal today thanks to a new manager and cook!!!
