As a customer for over 20 years, I must express my recent dissatisfaction with my order. The pork fried rice and sesame chicken were subpar, lacking the quality I've come to expect. Additionally, the delivery took over an hour and 20 minutes, well beyond the promised 45 minutes. A heads-up about the extended wait would have been appreciated, as it might have influenced my decision to order. The shrimp and broccoli were also not up to the usual standards. I hope these issues can be addressed to maintain the reputation your restaurant has built over the years.

Worst Chinese foos I had in a while. I ordered two shrimp with broccoli one with white rice and one with fried rice and fried plantain with fish and shrimp egg rolls. We were not able to finish the food, plantain was too hard and fish was dried. We spend over $35 which comes with free soda or homemade ice tea and the lady told us the advertisement is only if paying cash. But it is not mentioned in the flyer at all. They should remove their false advertisement and improve their food.

just got an order of wings and fries. I've gotte food from here before and its been ok. i was in a rush so opted for this as a quick meal. wings were ok. the fries were got but rock hard. as if they had them sitting all day and just re fried them. i will definitely wont be coming back here.

The truth is, at one time they made the food very good but it seems that it is no longer the same owner, the food has completely changed and the service is terrible. If they do not disagree with the type you give, the guy only tells you this? I don't like that Reserva una mesa ahora

There’s no effort and pride in their cooking, they need to hire new chefs or something! All my life on earth this is the absolute worst chinese food I’ve had in my life! No wonder the reviews are low, unfortunate for me I didn’t check first!

It is an amazing go to Chinese restaurant in New York. I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants in the past year as I have to say this is the best one I’ve tried to far. Highly recommended!! And also very good customer service

Spent over $25 and soda was suppose to be included but it wasn’t and when I asked she got mad and yelled at me. The food is good though just cheap owners. Take that off the menu if you don’t want to give it.

Best Chinese food in Freeport. Has been for a very long time, and still is. My friends and family always ask for food from Shanghai Chinese Kitchen.

Be careful they are taking a vantage of people who can’t talk English and charger them more money
