Shanghai Garden Chinese Restaurant

Unexpected suprise. My family and I decided to try this place out . Friday evening 8 pm and only one other table table was seated inside. The wait staff were smiling and seemed very pleasant. The service was great so far and they took our order fast (we were the only ones now in the restaurant). As I am a chef by trade I decided to go for a walk towards the lobster tank with my daughter and at the same time I could peek inside the kitchen to satisfy my normal curiosity with interests like cleanliness, staff ratios, storage etc . I paid $34.50 over. 1 x cubed rice with mais and carrot and my mongolion beef was 1/3 of the smallest container. absolute shame will never use it again. it is unfair to calculate such prices for small services and such bad quality.

not bad. I will say very traditional shanghai food. we usually go there if we don't want to cook our dinner. a disappointment would sometimes be what on the menu, but not in the kitchen.
