The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. We made a reservation for our wedding anniversary, and we were promptly seated at our table and ordered our drinks. The food was incredibly delicious as usual, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was decent, as the restaurant was packed and there was a loud birthday party going on, but other than that, everything was great! Service: Dine-in
We have previously had positive dining experiences at Shapla restaurant, however, our first time trying their takeout service was incredibly disappointing. The packaging was poorly labeled and the food did not measure up to the quality we have come to expect from the restaurant. We spent over £80 on the meal and believe a reimbursement of £60 from Shapla would be appropriate. Service: Takeout
I took my husband here for our wedding anniversary on Saturday. He is a big lover of curries. I pre booked a table beforehand just in case. The restaurant didn 't disappoint. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and with first class service! My husband absolutely loved his curry said 'it was the best he had tasted in a very long time. Thank you, Shapla and team. What a fabulous Indian restaurant, we had great food there and we have been to India so clearly we like there food. It was comfortable and the service was excellent, if in Ludlow we will be back. Great place to eat, good quality food and well priced, very friendly staff, always enjoyed our meal, wish they had draught beer and lager, bottles are small and expensive, but we always look forward to a meal here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50
