When we ordered, we had a bit of an issue with them not having pies in stock but Gerson was supremely helpful with offering us alternatives. Even with all the help, he also went above and beyond and offered to take care of us the next time we came by. We stopped in for breakfast to avoid the Friday morning traffic before our flight at SFO, which is only 8 minutes away. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with crispy hash browns, and it was delicious. My only critique is that the eggs didn't have that satisfying ooze when cut into. My sister had the gluten-free blueberry pancakes and was absolutely in heaven. The view was lovely too. Our waitress, Emily, was very pleasant, accommodating, and attentive to our needs, which earned her a generous tip. Thank you, Emily! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There was plenty of parking available when we arrived. We were seated and served almost immediately. The only disappointment we had was having only two options left for pies when we arrived and when we ordered our three prime rib steaks. The medium rare steak was rare and bleeding. The medium prime rib was medium rare with the pink inside. The rare prime rib was what you would expect. The staff was willing to bring the food back in to correct the mistake, but our party was fine with keeping them as is.I recommend their Belgian waffle as a dessert.
We were hungry after a long drive, pulled in to try our luck. We felt like were were back in the 70's. Decor-wise. We ordered broiled beef with veggies and mash potatoes and a small fish and chips. The meat a little tough, the fish were close to crispy but not the french fries. The pies loooked good but we did not feel like eating anymore.

We sat for 20 min and our server just ignored us. We weren't even asked what we wanted to drink. She finally noticed us and said I will send someone to take your order and 15 min later we walked out. It was hard on our 3 year old grand daughter.
I found hair in my food, which made me feel sick all day. They really need to be more careful about this.
