Shark Club Sports - Reservar una mesa

I was excited to stay here as they have a sharks club. I came in ordered a couple drinks and waited for food to take to my wife and kids in hotel room. I ordered all food based on specials as it's cheaper. When the bill came out they wouldn't honour any specials as the food was to go. Even though I had other stuff while waiting. The waitress knew I was doing take away and asking confirming special rates. The menu had nothing written. Long story short I won't be returning. Manager was a complete jerk and clearly didn't care. Makes sense why this location is 1-2 stars. Customer service fail.

If you don't mind a cloud of cigarette smoke at the front door and the worn and tattered upholstery. The food is mediocre at best... drinks are drinks so whatever... the waitresses try if you are lucky enough to get the right one. The management doesn't seem to care so I'd recommend driving pass this place and stopping at any other establishment.

Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and service from the bartender. We were told that the only drinks we could order were off the menu because she didn't know how to ring it into the till any other way. Perhaps some better training and experience should be considered before putting someone into a supervisory position.

What a great experience from start to end. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing! The lettuce wraps are so delicious and the prices are reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

was there with my mother for wing night .... Shark's is the ONLY place in town i go for wings .... great wings .... wonderful service ..... will always go back
