I have been a faithful customer of Shark's Fish Chicken via Door Dash for about 3 years. The Fried Catfish that I order from Shark's has always been piping hot, lightly breaded, fresh, juicy, and delicious. Then last Wednesday, I tried a sit-down meal at Shark's District Heights location; and I ordered Fried Catfish. My experience was terrible there! I was really let down by my visit to this restaurant. The food was terrible—stale and definitely not fresh. The French fries tasted like they had been refried multiple times, and I could hardly finish them. Honestly, I wouldn't come back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. You would have to be intoxicated to give this restaurant more than one star. It was that unsatisfactory.

The food is amazing. Fresh well seasoned. I won't be visiting this location anymore after my visit on New Year's day. We were eating our lunch in Shark's, when the cashier sneezed coughed, while not wearing a mask or covering his mouth. It wasn't until another customer and myself mentioned this to the cashier that he washed his hands. Washing his hands was an after thought. Be mindful when we are dining out. Washing hands covering your mouth, isn't every cultures priority.

On Saturday, Oct 29 my family ordered 200 pieces of Thighs and legs for a Church event. They gave us a lot of chicken backs in place of Thighs. What a rip off. Three hundred dollars was paid and that is not acceptable. Please check your large orders before you leave the store. Called the store and no compensation was offered.

The customer service is excellent, and the food is well-prepared. I highly recommend this location; it's the best in the area.
