I tend to strongly encourage support of establishments in my neighborhood, but unfortunately I will not be returning here.I ordered a three-choice combo with catfish nuggets, wings, and shrimp. The food was beneath sub-par, actually it was worse than that. After waiting a while for my food, the catfish was still undercooked, not well seasoned, and way too fishy and oily. I ended up spitting some of it out, which no one should have to do. The wings were just ok. I had to pick thru those as well. The bread was not fresh. I ate the shrimp....it's really hard to mess those up.I heard rave reviews about Sharks in other cities like Chicago, but this isn't it. It was a complete waste of my money......
I was really let down by my visit to this restaurant. The food was terrible—stale and definitely not fresh. The French fries tasted like they had been refried multiple times, and I could hardly finish them. Honestly, I wouldn't come back, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. You would have to be intoxicated to give this restaurant more than one star. It was that unsatisfactory.

The food is amazing. Fresh well seasoned. I won't be visiting this location anymore after my visit on New Year's day. We were eating our lunch in Shark's, when the cashier sneezed coughed, while not wearing a mask or covering his mouth. It wasn't until another customer and myself mentioned this to the cashier that he washed his hands. Washing his hands was an after thought. Be mindful when we are dining out. Washing hands covering your mouth, isn't every cultures priority.
On Saturday, Oct 29 my family ordered 200 pieces of Thighs and legs for a Church event. They gave us a lot of chicken backs in place of Thighs. What a rip off. Three hundred dollars was paid and that is not acceptable. Please check your large orders before you leave the store. Called the store and no compensation was offered.

Everything here is fantastic! All fried to perfection and seasoned well. The staff are also great and their menu is huge, with everything that you'd want from this kind of restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I been eating ? ? ? for years. Been to multiple location and one thing I can say is consistency is a motto they live by. The food is very good service is awesome.

I would recommend trying the French fries, whiting, and chicken wings!
The customer service is excellent, and the food is well-prepared. I highly recommend this location; it's the best in the area.
