This sharks chicken is different then most others that I have been to, the service is wonderful and quick, the food and quality is top notch and the guys inside are always helpful when I’m choosing from the menu! Ordered some catfish and wings, everything tasted fresh and delicious! My go to whenever I am in the area! This is the worst Sharks ever. I ordered a small catfish, my first time at this location. It was awful. Not fresh at all, dry and very hard, simply garbage. I contacted the establishment and spoke with the manager, this individual was extremely rude, unprofessional and lacked customer service. I will never patronize this location again.
Okra had so much salt it listened like snow!!!! Shrimp fried so hard could break a ROCK with it! He REFUSED to replace or refund either!!! Plus had a nasty attitude on top of everything! I love coming to this location, the guy who works the counter is very cool. My food is always fresh and they stick to the time they say your food will be ready.
