Today, I picked up my catering order from Shawarma Palace on Innes road and I felt a review was necessary because of the amazing experience we had. I highly recommend ordering catering for your events. At first, I had an informative phone call to discuss all of my options. The employee was very knowledgeable, patient and mostly she was very kind. When I came to place my order in person, she took the time to show me all the tray options and sizes, which I truly appreciated.When I came to pick-up my order, the owner quickly sent an employee to help me carry all of the food to my car. I recently visited Shawarma Palace on Innes Road and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped in, the ambience was warm and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive. It's evident that they take great pride in their service.The menu was extensive with a variety of options to choose from, catering to all taste buds. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma platter and it was absolutely divine. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavour. The accompanying garlic sauce and hummus were the perfect complement to the meal. First time eating from Shawarma palace (Orleans) and had to share how delicious the entire meal was. Garlic sauce isn't overwhelmingly garlic like so many places, beef and chicken were delicious and tasteful, and Shawarma was a perfect balance of veggies and not tons of sauce dripping out! Wanted to give kudos to the restaurant, well done!

I love this new location, so beautiful with beautiful high bricks. the seating is also beautiful. was a huge line when I left, but they go fast. they place several at once and pack each plate with a tonne food. they know it is fresh when they are super busy and eating was absolutely fresh and delicious! The best in the Palace chain yet! Spacious, clean and bright. I liked how there are different table arrangements to suit the different size groups. Got a mixed platter and it was delicious. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is up for a great tasting shawarma because it's worth the trip to Orleans.

My partner and I usually order from here and it was always pretty good but this time we were really disappointed. We used ubereats and when the food arrived, we noticed it was lukewarm, barely enough for two people, and it tasted fairly stale. The quality seems to be going down.

The best Lebanese food ever tasted. The food was fresh, very tasty and the portions are just out of this world. We took the chicken player. Phenomenal food. Staff are awesome. Thank you for opening your Restaurant Orléans, Ont.
