Absolutely fantastic. The 10 courses, whilst small, are the PERFECT amount of food. Once all are finished they leave you feeling comfortably full after. We chose the wine pairing option which was £47 extra I think, it is absolutely worth it. Each wine goes perfectly with each course. The staff were amazing. I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. I’ve been telling my friends about it. My only worry is that in time I won’t be able to get a table to go back again as this place becomes more and more popular. While spending time in North Wales, I booked a last-minute reservation at this restaurant. The head chef, Paul, was very kind and accommodating, and Rupert, the head waiter, along with his great team, provided excellent service. The food was exceptional, and despite being dressed casually in jeans and trainers, I was made to feel very welcome. I dined alone and opted for the 10-course tasting menu, which kept me engaged for four hours. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I will definitely return in the future.

I recently dined at Sheeps and Leeks, opting for the 10-course taster menu with accompanying wines. As a guy accustomed to generous portions, I was initially skeptical about the smaller servings, but the Michelin-star experience exceeded my expectations. Each plate delivered outstanding flavors and top-notch quality. The impeccable service and hospitality added to the overall enjoyment. Looking forward to returning for the next menu – a delightful culinary experience.

Fourth time of visiting over past couple of years -again never fails to impress. This time as a couple, food perfect. To be honest I am not a big fan of taster menus but sheeps and leeks is different. The menu has been different (seasonal) every time, which I liked and always tasty. I cannot speak highly enough of Sheeps and Leeks. The 10-course menu was absolutely amazing. Each dish was like a piece of art and paired perfectly with wine. Do not let the location deter you, as the experience is simply incredible. We are eagerly looking forward to going back.

Food was amazing, service was very nice too, you could tell the staff were very keen and happy to be there. Only reason for 4 stars was the fact that it was so cold down there! We both wore our outdoor coats for most of the meal and were still freezing!

We had an amazing night with delicious food, fantastic wine, and a one-of-a-kind experience. The waitstaff was well-informed and skilled at their jobs. The Sommelier was exceptional in his role, and his wine pairings were top-notch.

We had the 10 course taster menu. There are no words, it was amazing. The food is beyond words. The staff were all lovely and welcoming and took time to explain every dish. I would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!
