Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

This establishment is entirely run down and unkept. The parking lot is littered with potholes, trash, and rubble. The building is falling apart at the seams. The service? I don’t even think you could call it that — I put in a pick-up order of coffee and they didn’t even make it for me. I went inside to pick up my order and they had an empty cup waiting for me. They gave me the empty cup and directed me to make it myself. I proceeded to the “section” they have set up consisting of a couple different coffees and milks that are “self-serve” as if this were a fast food joint with fountain drinks. Worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Burnt coffee, hostile unhygienic/unkempt person with a bad attitude at the counter. Initially I felt bad for the person because they were so disheveled but no efforts to be friendly upbeat had any impact on their rude attitude. No idea what these good reviews are about (was it better at one point? on other days, was the coffee not burnt overpriced the service actually good? but it’s terrible on every level except ease of parking (not surprising, honestly . To be clear I went a few weeks ago. Maybe on another day it would be moderately better with different staff. But the one time I went will be the last.

It's really disappointing to see that this Shelburne location seems to be deteriorating. It used to be very efficient, but for the past 3 to 5 weeks, the experience has been terrible. You end up waiting an eternity for drinks, and don’t even think about ordering food—you’ll be left waiting for your entire lunch break. Where is the manager? There’s no sense of urgency among the staff at the counter.

A great place to sit and do research or hang out when it's not too busy, and a great place to get snacks or coffee otherwise. Be very careful about some of the iced drinks though if you can't have much sugar because some of them are not obviously sweet based on their description. Reserva una mesa ahora

honestly the best breakfast sandwich ive had in while!! great vegetarian/vegan options, everything takes a few minutes to make but you can taste the freshness so overall very worth it :

No matter what shelburne we go to, order online or in store, its messed up or it takes forever and a day. Great coffee, bad service.

Big fan. A tad expensive so I try to limit my visits, but amazing coffee.
