Shelly's Breakfast Lunch

You get a decent amount of food, but the dishes were cold. We got our drinks right away, but he was not our waitress. Hubby got this kitchen sink bowl that had everything in it and the dish was cold. The cheese was not melted at all. He ordered wheat toast and they gave him rye instead and when he said something about it, the waitress argued and did not offer a replacement. I had the chicken fried steak, gravy on the side. I am glad I did. Gravy was not fresh, nor was it country gravy. It was some sort of white gravy, but not really sure what was in it. My wife tried the breakfast vegetable sandwich and described it as "homemade," with wheat bread, over-hard eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, and pico de gallo. She chose hash browns as her side and her plate was filled to the brim. We were looking for a quick breakfast and found a great spot here! The breakfast menu is extensive, the serving size was enormous, and the food was excellent. We both had the Pugent Sound Scamble, with salmon. My biscuit was huge. It was slightly dry but the local raspberry jam made it perfect. We plan on beach walking and the leftovers will make a perfect lunch!

Really good breakfast, big portions. A little pricy buy its a local owned business and it had good food so where can you go wrong? If you get the breakfast burrito, it is huge! I got it fried with a side of the Ranchero sauce and it was awesome with leftovers for the next day! My husband wasn't a fan of the French toast, will get regular toast next time. I absolutely adored everything about this restaurant. From the delicious mini mimosas, to the friendly and efficient service, to the fantastic atmosphere - it was all top-notch. While the food was cooked to perfection, I did find it a little lacking in flavor. Despite that, I would definitely return for another visit!

Great food in a comfy diner with fun historical pictures on the walls. Portions are generous and prices are fair. My husband said the corned beef hash was the best he'd ever had! My Monte Christo sandwich was also super tasty. Plus, they have brunch cocktails!

Strawberry shortcake was delicious. You could tell the shortcake was made from scratch. The staff was super friendly singing happy birthday to my 31 year old son!!! Who can love a place like this? Looking at their extensive menu I will definitely be back

Love supporting local restaurants especially when they’re worth sharing. Had a works omelette as a scramble, big cup of tea and OJ. Food was worthy, it’s one of those places that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Awesome neighborhood feel breakfast spot. The service was friendly and the food was fantastic. Our group ordered a variety of breakfast items and everything was great. I highly recommend.
