Family of 6 there for supper on a beautiful evening. This place has so much potential and if I was just sitting having a drink and watching the beautiful views on the deck I would have been happy. Unfortunately we ordered food and it went downhill from there. 2 wait staff had 3 tables to look after. Our 6 and 2 people at other tables for a total of 10 people. We waited 45-50 minutes for food that was ice cold and horrible tasting. I ordered a Club sandwich and fries and it had been a long time since any heat was applied to my plate. This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. It was a fairly busy night and we were a little slow getting served but that's understandable. Our server was very friendly and was very deserving of a big tip. The food was fantastic. My girlfriend and I were in the mood for pub grub and the portions were huge. The French onion soup we ordered first was fantastic. I highly recommend it. I recommend coming here over Jungle Jim's any day of the week. Our last few experiences at Jungle Jim's were very disappointing so I won't be eating there anymore. I will be going to Shenanigan's instead.
Saw the billboard while driving to CBS on Peacekeepers Way. I had never been, and lunchtime had passed already. What the heck, I gotta eat. Because it was after 2 pm there was very few people there. Our waitress said we had our choice of where to sit, inside, outside on the deck, in the shade or sun... our choice. Chose the deck, in the sun, looking out over Conception Bay. Had a clubhouse sandwich with homemade fries. It was excellent. Good food, good service... You should go there!
The first mistake I done was to read the reviews.I was not expecting what I found.The service was top notch, from the time we entered till we left, our server made us feel welcome, we ordered the steak (4 of us ). I like my steak rare and the rest of them had medium rare and medium. Did not take long before our food arrived. All our steaks where hot and exactly how we ordered it. All I have to say is that I am happy I decided to give it a try.I will be back

Wife and I have been going to Shenanigans the last few years. Sometimes with friends and sometimes just us. Food has been great, service has been excellent and entertainment...well that's always just right. Glad it is local, no need to venture any further to have a few Shenanigans. The upgrades in venue and menu are fantastic. Definitely worth the trip to CBS if not from the area
This place is probably one of the best restaurants in the NE Avalon. Prices are generally along the lines of Jungle Jim's but it seems a little lower and portions are great. With the renovations there is lots of room and a private sound proof rooms for parties. In the summer that deck is fantastic and the view of the bay is beautiful. Great spot for a date for sure.
Never been here before, but will definitely return!! Fabulous service, great food recommendations, food arrived quickly, and it was delicious. Best onion rings I have tasted so far, the spinach and artichoke dip is devine and the calamari is perfectly seasoned. They have radler on tap, attentive service and a lovely atmosphere to catch up with friends.
Stopped in for an enjoyable lunch at Shenanigans while in CBS You walk in and there is a very open feeling to this pub that feels newer.

Lack of service, not a family area when there are people drunk all day at the bar. Food is ok, regular bar food.
Very spacious. Good food both inside and out. with plenty parking
