I was recently at this hotel for a business event. The hotel itself was fine, average rooms but seemed clean. I rate this 1 start though because of the staff. The rooms we booked for our event were never completely cleaned, we had to ask several times for someone to remove trash. We felt very much like a burden to the hotel, even though we booked the event weeks in advance.On day two of our event, 3 of the 4 rooms we booked were locked and when I asked the front desk agent who could unlock it or help, she rudely said there was no one in the building. She was needlessly hostile and completely unprofessional, especially considering she is a front desk agent. Luckily there was a kitchen manager who was able to help and unlock the doors for us. This means that this agent wasn't only completely unprofessional, she was also a liar.We've reached out to the front desk manager to complain, as this clearly isn't someone who should be greeting guests but have yet to receive a response.Id recommend the hotel management retrain and/or replace the the entire front desk staff.We will not be returning for business or otherwise anytime soon.
