My sister-in-law and I went to Shift Rest. In Bright Indiana yesterday. It's a restaurant that's been open for about five years. We started with an appetizer which was a pretzel with beer cheese.I I had a cheeseburger and fries for my meal and my sister-in-law had wings. My cheeseburger was delicious. I got a chance to taste my sister-in-law's wings which were not deep fried but grilled They were very good . It was a very enjoyable lunch, and the ambiance was great.
Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. It took 90 minutes for our food to arrive, despite being a party of only 2. It was evident that the restaurant was understaffed that night. To make matters worse, one of the owners arrived with a group of over 6 people after we were seated and received their food in just 20 minutes. It is clear that they do not prioritize their regular customers. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Always a great place! Got the Sunny and Bright burger this time. Couldn’t eat it all but was delish!
A fine choice for good food. Service was a bit slow for some reason but not a big deal.
