Shinzo Omakase was an incredible experience. The food was extremely fresh and flavorful, and as the tasting menu went on, each roll kept getting better and better. The pairings were unique and creative, and the menu changes based on the market, which makes each visit feel special. The Shinzo Special is absolutely worth the $25 — a must-try addition to the meal. The whole experience finishes in about an hour, but it never feels rushed, just perfectly paced. I absolutely love this restaurant! I've visited twice, once for my birthday and once to celebrate an anniversary, and both times were so much fun. They even surprised me with a special dish! I highly recommend bringing your own sake (BYOB) and offering a shot to the chefs—it really adds to the experience. The omakase is reasonably priced considering the amazing quality of the food. I can't wait to go back!
