Shishlix - Reserva de mesa

This was our first experience with Persian/Iranian food. I feel they have spices and flavours very similar to Indian food but then they have some surprise flavours in food which make them little different. They are creative with eggplant and nobody could think of eggplant tasting so good. We ordered kaskebademjoon, it’s made of creamy yogurt sauce and served with bread. It was really good and the way they blended eggplant in sauce was great. We also ordered badejam kebab, again an eggplant dish but element of surprise was walnut stuffing and pomegranate sauce. This was one of the best dishes I had. This dish was also served with over sized bread.

I took my non Persian friends to this restaurant to taste Persian food and they all loved every single dish that was served. Lovely atmosphere, lovely music and lovely staff especially our server, Maya, who was always checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect. Live music and the belly dancing show was absolutely lovely as well. Thanks Shishlix, I'll come back soon!!! I promise : <3

Food is great. Service is perfect. Music is awful !!! Too loud and rhythmic. Dining needs tranquility not party or wedding style music. Overall is a lovely place. I will go again and recommend to
