The tables were not being cleaned and people were not being sat far enough apart. We waited thirty minutes to place a drink order and another fifteen minutes to place a food order. There were multiple issues that the manager failed to address, often making excuses for the poor service, such as mentioning that it was a busy Saturday night. It seemed like there was a lack of empathy for the problems we faced. If they couldn't accommodate us with better service, we would have chosen to dine elsewhere. It’s disappointing that we weren't informed at the time of our reservation that our larger group would be an inconvenience for them.
Everything was nice (food, service, noise level etc). However, they did not have my reservation. Luckily it was not busy at that time so they were able to accommodate us. This is not the fault of that location. That is an IT issue between Open Table and Shoeless Joes

The service at this restaurant was slow. It took over an hour to receive a salad and chicken wrap. It was the last day before the third lockdown. I had booked a table through OpenTable, but it seemed like they did not use the system.
This was my first dining out experience since everything reopened, and it was a delight to be served delicious food and receive attentive service. Thank you for a wonderful meal and pleasant experience!
