Shogun Japanese Steakhouse Of South County

Food was good and you get a decent amount. Be prepared for $10.95 service fee tacked onto your bill at the hibachi table (we weren't) and it was our daughter in law's birthday. They asked if we wanted the birthday celebration and I said yes not knowing that it would cost an addtional $6.50 also added to our bill (they beat a drum at the table and gave her a piece of Cheesecake). That's almost $17 in unexpected fees. Not worth it. I don't know if they charge you a $10.95 service fee if you just sit at a regular table, but it would be worth looking into so you're not surprised on your bill.

Gone downhill. Everyone was super rude. Acted like they were mad we were eating there. Waitress even gave several dirty looks to the kids trying to order their own food. Shrimp overcooked and chewy. Chefs were a little better thank goodness.

It was a really amazing time. The food was pretty good. However, the stuff from mushrooms are not good at all. I don’t know what kind of stuff mushrooms. Those are. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I probably will return.

It was nice and pleasant we waited for a long period of time to be seated but it was 15 peoples I understood that .the atmosphere was pleasant food was good I would love to go Reserva una mesa ahora

It was fun,food was great,atmosphere was amazing and I have bad anxiety so if that tells you anything lol the service was top shelf!!! Definitely will be going back

The food was good but our waiter didn't bring our drinks for almost 15 minutes. And then I had to search him out to get a refill it was horrible service

Always my go to place for celebrations. Even if, it's 4 times a week. This place is always satisfying! Great Shoguns team
