Their menu is simple yet delicious. Mostly every dish I’ve ordered here is better than the other restaurants in the area. Be warned though that their mango lassi and other items can contain a lot of sugar. I definitely could not finish them.The samosas were crispy yet soft. The sambar vadas were not too hard and were also crispy. I’m not sure how they got the consistency correct — but it’s delicious.I came here with a friend for dinner last week. Highly recommend this place for vegetarians, vegans, and families.The service could be a little better. The staff was friendly but busy so it took a little while to track someone down. They also forgot my buddy’s main order…so we ate at separate times, which is unfortunate. We had to wait around 20 extra minutes for his order to come.Still, I suggest going here. They also cater for weddings. The friend I was with got the food catered from here.
Shree is a delightful vegetarian Indian restaurant which I have been visiting for over 30 years! There is a nice ambience to the dining room. The staff are very warm and personable and I enjoyed talking with them.While I miss the lunch buffet, i am really enjoying exploring the many menu options available at lunch. I have seen a number of comments that the food doesn’t arrive quickly. This is not fast food I am fine to wait a few minutes more as things are cooked to order and arrive hot and very fresh.Attaching a photo of the galub jamun served to me today. The presentation was very nice and the warm, sweet dessert was a delight especially on a cold winter day. I recommend Indian food lovers to give Shree a try.
Worse experience I ever had.I went there and order two dishes for carry out cashier said it will be ready in 15-20 min. Waited there for more then 30 min and the manager or owner came with two bags in his hand and he handed one bag other guy who was waiting with me, but did not hand over my order while he was holding in his hand and kept aside and went in. I dont know he has a attitude problem or something else.Waited more 15 min then waiter came and gave me the bag that was there for a while. I was waiting there so long, just for two things.Came home open food containers, noodles has too much oil and vegetable are uncooked and samosa are worst.They made my dinner worse. Never going back there.
enthusiastic, many options on the menu and very recommended by my hosts. they slipped a little into the attempt to please. but their intentions were really customer-friendly. the ordered eating could have been choreographed on the table instead of tearing everything as soon as the cook was finished. the food was in sharing delicious and another visit would help me to judge this aspekt more just. catering larger groups seem their appetizer.!!!
