Very disappointed. I spend about $300 a month on take out from this location. I do ask for dishes prepared a certain way. Sometimes they are spot on, other times not so much. I have had the occasional hiccup on wrong items placed in my order or items not prepared as requested, and I have dealt with it. This time it was a bit much, given the increased prices in take out these days. Recently I was given an incorrect item that was over $10. I live over 15 minutes away. I had to drive back, return the wrong item and all I was offered was an apology and a free egg roll. I was insulted by the offer. I have worked in retail services for 4 decades. When I returned the wings, there was an older Chinese lady there who was assembling plastic and paper bags. She was unreasonably rude to me for returning my food. I requested that the wings be fried less, and her nasty attitude, along with the glaring look she gave me, was completely unnecessary, as if I was wrong for bringing the food back. The wings were cooked to the point where the chicken skin was no longer recognizable. Customer service matters, and if you can't provide it, perhaps you shouldn't serve food. I gave this place three stars because of the poor service I received.

This will definitely be my go-to Chinese restaurant from now on. The drive from Farmingdale to Medford takes about half an hour, but the online ordering and delivery were impressive. Everything exceeded my expectations. The food tasted fantastic, and the lunch portions were huge for the best prices. I highly recommend this place!

This is a fantastic spot for takeout, especially on a dreary day or a late Friday night. Their delivery service is typically punctual, and they’ve never had any trouble locating my address. best chinese food in long island. the food is fresh and hot. the portions are big. the price is right. my favorite dish is chicken with mixed vegetables. the service is quick. there's tables and seats to eat inside. great for a lunch break or bringing back food for dinner

I ordered steamed shrimp and broccoli without sauce, but received the opposite. Additionally, my chicken and rice soup turned out to be wonton instead. The egg roll? It was like a rubber ball. Overall, it was disappointing, and I won't be returning.

Just got here from Tampa Fl and ordered the Chicken and broccoli with white rice . The food was tasty and delicious little pricey $13 for combination but it was worth it. Going to try it again today.
