The restaurant was super cute, casual but still a step above feeling like you can’t have a cute date night here. We loved the byob option and ordered the 20 piece omakase meal. Overall I loved the diversity and freshness of the fish but I felt like it lacked flavor or that consistent WOW factor. the omakase is also misleading because the bar chefs are not making it in front of you and serving it. Instead it’s brought out and explained by the waiters. I would come here again but order rolls off the menu instead. The appetizers were fantastic, but our main server was quite unpleasant. If you're unhappy in your job, perhaps it's time to explore other options. The two other servers were friendly and didn't seem bothered when we requested a physical menu. Is it really such a big deal to ask for a classic menu? It seems like the staff might benefit from some hospitality training, as that, alongside the food, is essential to a good dining experience.
spent 300+ for two ppl Omakase Dinner yet,food quality is below avg IMHO. ill suggest ppl to spend more and try The Real Omakase In NYC or in Fort Lee Area . price does do reflect food quality. worst fish i had tonight was the mackerel.. Authentic Japanese restaurant! The sushi quality is truly excellent, but they do not honor reservations made through OpenTable. We had a reservation for indoor dining but were moved outside instead. The staff could use some improvement. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.

The service was excellent—quick and attentive, frequently clearing tables to accommodate our food. The rolls and sashimi we shared were delicious. The ambiance is clean and features a modern dining style.
Omakase experience? Absolutely dreadful! The quality was poor and the prices were ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money here. Look for a true gem elsewhere! #AvoidAtAllCosts
