They really need to address the curb appeal for starters. We thought it had closed down when we approached. It looks dark and dingy from the outside with filthy windows covered in cobwebs. Inside could also do with a spruce up…dated old, dusty decor and sticky tables. The food is excellent, but extremely overpriced. In fact, the food was so good but the dining in was so bleak, we opted for a take away instead the week after our visit. This was not as good and we were horrified that they made us pay extra for crackers…come on now…all Chinese/Thai takeaways now give complimentary crackers. We won’t come again and instead use our regular Thai in Walton…where they value their customers by not ch...

Popped in for dinner after visiting Hampton Court after a journey from Brighton. They very kindly allowed us a table without booking, even though they had a busy Mother’s Day cover. It was a really special experience as the food was delicious and well presented. The staff were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. There was attention to detail in all areas. It couldn’t have been any better! I would fully recommend. Thank you for making it a special Mother’s Day for me too!

We visited on a Friday, the restaurant was nicely decorated and we had a lovely table. We were greeted by a very sweet and enthusiastic waitress. The wine was well priced and nice, the food came quickly and was extremely well presented and delicious. There was no service charge added to the bill (despite excellent service) so we were more than happy to tip. Highly recommend great food, great service and excellent value.

The restaurant does have good vibes, and the food tastes authentic. The only reason that it only gets 4* is the food temperature; when we had the curry, the dishes were just lukewarm. It’s a bit disappointing. The sticky rice was also slightly warmer than room temperature. It’s a shame because the staff was really friendly, I hope the kitchen could serve the food quicker from the kitchen! Reserva una mesa ahora

Had delivery. Seafood dish arrived cold, with it barely filling half the container and the portion of the duck actually made us laugh! It was such a small portion we managed to stretch to 3 pancake rolls and it already came shredded which I wish I knew as I am really not a fan of that. Will go elsewhere next time. Disappointing.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. This place is my go-to restaurant for date nights, and I've never had a bad meal here. The menu has plenty of choices. It's one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to, with excellent service. I highly recommend the papaya salad as a starter.

Very nice food and friendly service. We arrived late in the evening, but they were happy to serve. Food was great had the steamed seabass which was large, fresh and tasty. Had a king prawn dish and the shrimp were huge and had great flavour.

Siam Paragon's stall at the Thai festival had good food but poor business practices. They overcharged me by 20% and only refunded after I complained. While they corrected the mistake, it raises concerns about their honesty!! Reserva una mesa ahora
