We always have an amazing dining experience at Sibio's Restaurant! From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every aspect of our meal is perfect. The food is simply wonderful. Every dish we select is delicious, and you really can't go wrong with any selection. The variety on the menu is fantastic, offering something for everyone. For starter I arrived with my family for a delightful mother’s day dinner, mind you I had a reservation. After arrival we waited 25 minutes to even get menu’s or our cups filled with water. I was actually able to take a sip of just melted ice before even getting asked for the cup to be filled. Next my reservation was for 6 people and I found a 7th cup interestingly enough it was a previous tables wine glass which my 10 year old almost drank with blatant lip stick marks left on it. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sibio's with my family and friends, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home The menu offers a fantastic selection of authentic Italian dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious The service was exceptional. While out of town, I stopped in at this restaurant for dinner. I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted and sat at the bar. David was my bartender. I started with the vodka martini, and then I had a glass of red wine. Both were great! For my meal, I got the stuffed red snapper special and it looked great! You Need To Know? Had dinner reservations for 5:00 at this beautiful Italian restaurant. This fine dining experience was fairly priced the food was delicious. We enjoyed the chicken cordon blue, chicken cutlets with a garlic cream sauce the chicken saltimbucca. All dishes were very well presented flavorful. Place was celebrating 50 years in business we can understand why. Now You Know!
