It is surprising that not more people come to this restaurant! For a tuesday night, they only had tables filled. I have no idea what authentic Sichuan dish should taste like but the food here is pretty damn good. We ordered the Bobo chicken, which is chicken in chilli oil and sesame paste, love the taste of pepper corn infused throughout the sauce. we also got the eggplant stew, pretty average but even my sister who hated eggplant could eat this. We got pig ears in chilli oil, you'd thought they reuse the sauce from the chicken, but it is a completely different one and tasted just as good. Soy un chico anglo-aussie y amo esta auténtica comida china. Como el título de la institución invitado indica que se especializan en el uso de Sichuanpfeffe en muchos platos. This restaurant is incredible. Whenever I want to make my wife happy, I take her there. We travel more than an hour to get there. The food is good, but the standout dishes are the special Sichuan beef or the deep-fried chicken with chili - they are amazing. I always ask the chef to add eggplant to my Sichuan beef.

I have rated slightly biased coz I think it should be more than As a China-born Chinese, I think the restaurant offers the authentic Sichuan cuisines though its fried rice tastes really weird. It can be a great place if u want to go for the authentic hot and spicy Sichuan dishes
