Nous y sommes allés pour mon anniversaire, surprise de mon épouse. Le restaurant s'est vu récompensé d'une 2ème étoile. Le chef Sven Wassmer, est l'élu G&M 2015...cela promet. Tout d'abord, la salle. Refaite depuis (tapis sont argents) le style et l'ambiance sont très agréable. Grande table devant la baie vitrée qui donne sur les montagnes, grands sièges très confortables et qui pivotent, nous nous sentons déjà bien. Personne très souriant et aimable, ils font l'effort de parler du bon allemand (sinon anglais possible). Mon épouse avait prévu à l'avance le grand menu en 12 plats, nous nous "contentons" de choisir le vin. Il y a un winepairing proposé, aussi avec des demis déci (intelligent)...

Wir durften das 9-Gang-Menu im Silver geniessen. Sven Wassmer ist wirklich ein Künstler! Das Lokal ist elegant und modern gestaltet, man hat grosszügig Platz und sitzt sehr bequem, was wichtig ist, denn die kulinarische Reise dauert gute 3 Stunden. Unvergessliche Stunden! Das Essen war wunderbar kreativ, geschmacklich vielseitig und die Zutaten von ausserordentlicher Qualität. Besonders gefallen hat uns die regionale Komponente, die mit viel Liebe präsentiert wird. Wir mögen es sonst nicht so, stundenlang zu essen - aber im Silver vergeht die Zeit wie im Fluge und jedes präsentierte Gericht ist ausserordentlich und schmeckt hervorragend. Was für ein Erlebnis... Wir wurden von Anfang bis zum Schluss mit herzlichem und perfektem Service unter der Leitung von Amanda Wassmer Bulgin umworben.. Ein total einladendes Ambiente mit puristischer Einrichtung.Das Essen vom Chef Sven Wassmer und seinem Team war ein atemberaubender Spaziergang durch das Valser Tal, hinweg in die Ferne und zurück ins Silver.Ein grosses Dankeschön an das ganze Silver Team, es war schlichtweg perfekt!! Taking the baths at Vals in the Gorgeous Zumthor designed spa is a great relaxing treat. The architecture is one of the great new structures in Europe. Matching its excellence is the cuisine of young charismatic chefSven Wassmer. His imagination is matched by his kitchen's skill with dishes to ignite your palate and keep you wondering. This is a chef to watch and support. Service fantastic. Knowledgeable staff and exciting presentations.
Wir haben uns für das 9- Gang Menü entschieden. Alles war sehr gut. Tolle, auf höchstem Niveau zelebrierte Kochkunst. Nicht abgehoben, aber dennoch sehr kreativ. In der Schweiz haben wir noch selten so gut gegessen. Wir können das Restaurant allen weiter empfehlen. Das hat natürlich auch seinen Preis, den man aber für das, was geboten wird, gerne bezahlt. Das Personal war ebenfalls super, sehr freundlich. Nochmals allen besten Dank.
we have gedimt in this restaurant several times. eating is really good. the service is as it should be, right, but not too stiff. most waiters are Italian. the position and the outlook are amazing. because of the light in the deck, the atmosphere is not as cozy as it should be. each table should have an individual light so that an intimate ambiente is created.
Beautiful Restaurant with a perfect Mountain View. I has 4 course meal everything was extremely good. The chef cooked all my dishes right in front of me. They make me feel so special.
