I am extremely pleased with my meal at Silver Dragon. The Salt Pepper Shrimp (12 Pc Large Shrimp) was crispy and seasoned perfectly with salt and pepper. It's difficult to find a restaurant that serves this dish where you can eat the shells, but Silver Dragon executed it perfectly. The vegetables were cooked beautifully, with a slight crispness and full of flavor. The shrimp were also big and juicy. The Egg Roll (3 Pc) had a delicious blend of flavors, was crispy and accompanied by a tasty sauce. The Hot Sour Soup (Cup) was just what I needed, and it even came with crackers!
Two summers ago, my best friend and I quickly decided to dine at Silver Dragon, as there are few clean and decent Chinese restaurants in the valley. Despite the negative health department reviews, we were hesitant but chose to give it a try. Outside, we saw an elderly Chinese man rummaging through trash, with a dirty apron on. I vowed never to eat there again, as Mama raised me better than that. The lack of pride in the establishment made me question the cleanliness and healthiness of the food. It's not just about good taste, but also about taking pride in what you serve.
I dined at Silver Dragon on New Year's Day around 6:00 PM. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. Our waitress has been there for years and is always friendly. I particularly enjoyed their vegetarian special which includes fried wonton appetizers, egg flower soup, fried rice, and chow mein stir fry vegetables. Despite ordering for 3 people, we received enough food to feed 4 adults and 4 kids! We also added an order of sesame chicken and requested an extra bowl of white rice. The meal also included hot tea.
unfortunately it was not up to par this visit. The fried rice tasted of only soy sauce and was the color of it too. The mar far chicken and sweet and sour pork was fine. Egg rolls had zero flavor, and the cabbage appeared older. Other visits, everything has been acceptable this time, not so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Combo Special - it was delicious and served piping hot. The dish included pork fried rice, sweet and sour pork, fried shrimp, and pork chow mein. I will definitely be ordering this again in the future.
I had a bad experience eating at this restaurant. The food was tasteless and disappointing, especially for a Chinese cuisine. I don't understand why DoorDash would deliver from such a poorly managed establishment.
I was pleased with my decision and would definitely return to this restaurant. I ordered the three-way platter, which turned out to be delicious chicken wings. Overall, I am looking forward to dining here again.
Very happy with everything! Service, hot food, always good and always the same! Keeps us coming back as they don't change their recipes! Same waitress's too, they get to know you!

The pork fried rice at this restaurant is consistently fantastic. It boasts good quality and proportions, and is delicious when paired with their pink sauce.
Everything was awesome as usual and they pay attention to special requests especially for allergies
