Not sure what happened to my favourite place. Last 4 times we have ordered biryani fish and some chicken curry the biryani has been stale all these times and today I went in and ordered chai pakoras and Chana chaat thinking to give it another chance because we’ve always ordered from here when we wanted a quick affordable meal in the past and never had issues but the last few times the food has been consistently stale and spoiled …i thought ordering veg will be different but man I was so wrong I ate a few bites and was throwing up. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! SPOILT FOOD AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.We spent over $300 for a food order, specifically $70 for a veal biryani that was spoiled. We had guests tell us the food tasted bad and smelt like it went bad. After calling this location, they told us to bring the food back and that they would give us a new order. We drove over 30 min to go back and the manager refused to honour what they told us over the phone. You completely wasted our time and money. We will never come back!

As I was waiting for my order, I witnessed such an unpleasant experience. There were two guys talking so very rudely to the woman, whatever the case was I don't think such inadequate behavior should be tolerated especially towards a female employee. That was no way of talking to someone the employees clearly lack basic manners and shouldn’t have been hired in the first place this has been a horrible experience and we are not coming back!!!

As someone mentioned your biryani is way worse compared to the heartland location. I usually go there but this location is closer to me. I tried two times but this time the biryani was outright STINKY and inedible. Fire your biryani cook. To be fair other food I tried patties, chow mein, butter chicken, chicken 35, nan, mango delight have been decent. If you do not fix your biryani, I will stop buying from this location.

I enjoy eating the food but the lady serving the food up front ruins my taste palate. Her attitude and the faces she makes ruins my experience entirely. Why work upfront if you have 0 communication or customer skills? I dread coming into the store and seeing her sour face.

Upon my first visit the staff was super friendly and patiently explained the difference between dishes and helped me decide what I would enjoy! The food was delicious and fresh, I’m glad I discovered this spot! Great alternative to fast food, Definitely will be returning.

Today we visited this restaurant and ordered 2 chicken biriyani. One of our friend recommended this place. The quantity and quality was amazing as well as the employees were friendly too. Highly recommended and must visit.

Terrible service. Dirty restaurant. No one wears gloves. I ordered an drove 10 km to pick up my order and only to find out they sold the order.Terrible experience. Bad service. Never going back.

The food at this Milton location has been very constant. The Reshmi Kebab rolls are the best! karak chai is always hot.. Very friendly staff Overall great experience..
