We loved our brunch at Silvio’s!! Me and my husband enjoyed their food! Here’s the breakdown; Truffle fries: these fries came with their fresh aioli. Fries were perfectly crisp and well seasoned! Eggs Benedict: two perfectly-poached eggs on top of a bread that resembles an English muffin with a hollandaise sauce. Frittata: light and perfectly cooked(not dry) with a blend of veggies and salmon(you pick). Star or the show: ? Pork Belly! This is the best pork belly I’ve ever had! The meat to fat ration was amazing and it was smoked-cooked to perfection! It also came with sautéed spinach and cubed potatoes. Loved our experience and will be coming back! ? Response to owner...I also give many 5 star reviews when warranted. Understand it is a family owned business, but children at the bar rail is not something a customer should have to ask to be removed to enjoy a meal. Went to sit at the bar and have a couple of drinks and order a pizza. As I walk in there was at least one small child sitting at the bar with a laptop or something there and a restaurant worker, and the kids mother I assume asking me if I am dining in. Obviously, I am not sitting at the small bar with a kid sitting there. Not a good look. Went elsewhere.
SO fantastic! Some of the best pizza pasta we’ve had in the state. Everything was honestly perfect…esp the pasta with eggplant; Gorgonzola salad; and the truffle pizza. Delicious dessert options, too. All six of us left feeling well-fed and taken care of. Silvio is a complete sweetheart. And so talented! Everything is made from scratch. And he his team made our dining experience absolutely wonderful. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Has distinctively changed for the better in last year. Kitchen staff seems to have changed. Fettuncini alfredo was perfect, not too flowy, yet not dry. Chicken breast was perfectly roasted. Strawberrt pie was amazing.Staff was accommodating even though our party was probably there until closing. Wheelchair accessibility: On ground level, accessible for wheelchairs with wide corridors.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT…that Silvio’s is no longer in Ann Arbor!To me, this is one of the best Italian Restaurants this side of the Atlantic. If you have a chance check it out.PS: Also one of the few Italian restaurants in the US that have grappa!
Arugula salad and calamari were tasty and well portioned. Free bread with oil!Atmosphere was great except for the smooth jazz. Would eat here again. Wheelchair accessibility: No barrier to entry.
Silvio’s was just added to my pizza radar. I’ll be back many more times. It’s nice to have a small business that cares about its customers and quality.
I ordered take out and I ordered margarita pizza omg it was beyond delicious! This is a place is a gem in Canton.

This is one of the best pepperoni pizzas I’ve ever had. In fact, we ordered an extra to take home!
Such good food! Handmade bread, desserts and pastas.
