I enjoyed quite few things. Breakfast was delicious. Deep fried items bit greasy. Love potato pancakes. Philly sub was disappointing. I expected some Seitan but it was all greasy mushroom and peppers. Lemonade and other drinks are really good but bit pricy. I recently went back to this place. Many new items. Love anything eggplant. If you go Friday you get fresh desserts from vegan treats. Sadly they stopped serving strawberry lemonade which was my favorite. New item on the menu is soft serve ice cream. Happy Cow for the win again! Driving south from Maine to Georgia we stopped in Mahwah for the night and checked HC for a great vegan option and saw the glowing reviews for Simply Green Cafe so we went for dinner. The place is very friendly and welcoming and feels like a local favorite. The cafe serves breakfast (vegan pancakes! , lunch, and dinner. We went for dinner and breakfast. The menu is huge for all meals they serve, and everything was really tasty and fresh. No alcohol license, but I think it’s byob.
The restaurant may not be extravagant, but the food was delicious and the menu was diverse and inventive. I began with an avocado dip, which was a generous portion mainly made of avocado (thumbs up) and served with pita bread. For my main course, I enjoyed a hearty meatball parmigiana. The restaurant had plenty of seating and it was evident that they had many regular customers. The overall atmosphere was pleasant.
the enviornment is so cute, simply decorated and clean. tons and tons of options for anybody, plus the lunch menu all day! we had the sweetest waiter, gabby, who was so kind and very helpful! overall, some of the best vegan food i’ve had!

This vegan restaurant in New Jersey is one of my favorites. I frequently visit because their food is consistently superb and very delicious. I highly recommend this place to others.
Went there with my Omni husband. He loved his chocolate chip pancakes and I loved my just egg omelet. There was so much food we brought some of it home.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch at this restaurant. We traveled a long way to discover this vegan eatery and it was definitely worth the journey!
I’ve eaten here many times and brought non- beans here as well. Food is always amazing. Perfect vegan diner.

I’m a big fan of the eggplant po boy and the french toast sticks. I highly recommend both.
The food here is great and the staff is wonderful. Great assortment of menu items.
