We used to come here quite often when it first opened. The food was fresh and tasty. Our visit today, however, was very disappointing. The flavour has completely disappeared from the pho. It was simply bland. The chicken pho contained five slivers of rubbery, overcooked chicken breast, and the stock was not a nice taste at all. What happened!? Very tight indeed, and pretty rich for a business that accepts cash only.
We ordered basically one of every main in our group. The pho was fabulous. A very clean broth with little to no msg. Although you don't get that massive flavour hit with added msg, the natural traditional flavours came through for me and really enjoyed it. The park chop rice was disappointing. A dry pork chop, small amount of shredded pork, and no meatloaf. The bun bo heuy was ok. All in all, stick with the pho.
Have always found Simply Pho to serve clean and fresh tasting food, and usually the Pho is very good... although both my friend and I were both disappointed on our last visit.The chicken wings that I ordered were undercooked (ugh) and my friend said that her pho was lacking flavour.Might go back and try it again, but not sure.
We regularly eat here as it is an easy option when you don't want to cook dinner! The pho is always flavoursome and generous in size. The spring rolls are also delicious. Have been coming here for sometime and the food never lets me down. The food is simple, fresh and very tasty. The beef pho is Devine along with fresh rice paper rolls. A must if you visit the Gungahlin area.
I enjoy a "Simply Pho" occasionally and it is always fresh and delicious. The service is charming and very efficient. The price is not in the cheap eats range but worth the price.
Top notch pho, always found it to be consistently good and I must admit to not having tried much else on the (small) menu. It's our go-to lunch place and just love it.

The food is so beautifully flavored and wholesome. It's my go to when I'm sick and need true liquid nourishment. Anyways welcoming and fast. Deserves support.
