We walked in to find an extremely busy restaurant which is totally fine. We got seated in about 2-5 minutes and after being seated and having our drink order taken another server came over to tell us they reserved that table and asked us if we’d move which is completely fine! The bummer was we got sat right next to the door (and I mean within a foot of where the door opens if that even and we realized we couldn’t order off the lunch menu and the same exact item that we wanted was about double the price and not much larger. This place came recommended although I'm not sure why. The service was below average I'm pretty sure they forgot about my table. People who were seated later than us got there food and were done before we got our meal. A member of our party had a food allergy that happened to be in the meal she ordered. The menu didn't state that item was in there yet the server told us it was on the menu. The food was good when we finally got it so there is that.
Great place, the environment is nice compared to almost any other Mexican restaurant in the area. It’s typically super busy but we got lucky today. The service is nice with attentive and responsive waitresses. The food is incredible, I must warn against the habanero in house hot sauce, it will knock you off your a . Drinks are delicious and worth it.
Great food, used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. Unfortunately the service has gone severely downhill. Rude and unfriendly staff. Stingy with portions. Have to ask several times for refills with salsa and other beverages. Waitresses seem put out to serve the paying customers. Such a bummer.
