came here recently with a few friends. Can't speak for them but i was very disappointed in my meal which was described as "Godo Godo - steamed mixed vegetables with peanut sauce". I assumed it was the dish normally known as Gado Gado. What I got was steamed veg in a CURRY sauce! I asked why I didn't get peanut sauce, but got curry instead, which was not mentioned in the description.Talked to the waitress who told me that "all restaurants have a different version of this dish". I was not offered a replacement meal or an apology. Very disappointed. Have been here many times over the years and this was my worst experience
We stop by chance at the top of Sylvania heights in search of an open restaurant at the long October week end, We were surprised to find a well establish Chinese restaurant . The original 1980 décor has been well preserved and is transporting you abroad. The food menu is typical and is prepared with fresh ingredients. We were there on a very quiet night and were served with attention.
Shocking experience was taken out for Mothers Day Dinner and was not served after an hour and a half. Had a four year old with us who was hungry so we had to leave and get some food. Not a good experience. And the resturant was not full or crowded just terrible service which spoilt everyone's special night.
The veggie rice was good , but the spring roll had an odd flavour to it. The portions were a decent size but we didn't even get fortune cookies with our take out. Probably will skip this place & look for a tastier restaurant next time.

Good, suburban Chinese food. The $29 banquet is tasty and plentiful, and the sizzling prawns (not sure of the actual name) are delicious. BYO wine makes it even better value.
I picked up some takeaway on Saturday night. All 3 dishes I ordered were terrible. Absolutely no flavour - combination chow mein was lacking in flavour and vegetables.
Had a great night with fantastic food. Decor took us back to the 70s which made for more fun. Order the chilli mud crab before you arrive and enjoy something special.
The owner is an awesome super friendly guy. It's a great family restaurant. Bit pricy for Chinese food, but they have delicious lemon chicken!

Best curry chicken with rice i have ever had. There is something very special about this dish. Would recommend you try it.
Wonderful service with personalized service and the food was terrific. I highly recommend this restaurant. Yum!
