Run, Don't Walk to this very polished gem. Recommended by a good friend we chose it for a family birthday dinner ... what a superb choice we made. Tough COVID times they be, but we were made so welcome and felt so comfortable from the get go because their protocols protect us, their staff and our fullest enjoyment of the wonderful dining experience. From Restau made bread, to self grown tomatoes (special call out here! I think they are grown by Pauline, and they are so deserving of their treatment here). Short but very well curated wine craft beer list. Heater nearby kept us just fine on the patio. Caring, non intrusive wait staff (with twinkles in their eyes) kept us very well attended to....

My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant for her birthday. The food is absolutely outstanding.. You can tell the chef cooks with passion. I have been to many high end restaurants and this place just blows them out of the water.. You can tell when a chef cooks with passion vs a chef that cooks just because it's his job. This chef clearly loves what he does and it shows on every plate he creates. Very intimate setting. Staff is absolutely incredible. Our server happened to be the wife of the chef. Always had a smile, very informative and was willing to answer any questions we had. My wife and I will definitely be coming back here again and again. Went to 639 a couple of years ago and was impressed and gave it the thumbs up. Sadly went last week and was forced to eat outside because of Covid. More like a picnic table setting with and unkept rocky lawn. Got a wonderful view of the pot bellied neighbour sitting on his deck across the road opening up cans of beer while watching people. Then the cars racing up and down the street to listen to. The 4 of us started with a drink. Had a Margarita that came in a child size glass. not impressed. Meal was so so. Ended with a Lattes and child size desserts. The Lattes were luke warm and tasted like a mix. When you are handing over close to a $500.00 tab for 4 people it could have been way better....

This restaurant is probably the best kept secret in Woodstock it's location is the best part of the dining restaurant. It is very elegant and peaceful eating experience. I was with my girlfriend and my mother when we found Six Thirty Nine. Its delightful staff and wonderful cuisine makes it a great place to chat and enjoy yourself. The menu is small but too die for. It the best fine dining restaurant I been too! The presentation of their food is thoughtful and presented elegantly. It can be a little pricey but it worth the money that you will pay. I strongly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anybody who likes unique foods and a good time. I give this Odyssey a Five Stars for it good sta...

I had one of the best dining experiences in a long time at this farm-to-table restaurant. My waiter was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the names and even the addresses of the farms that provided my food, as well as the craft brewery where my beer originated. I was seated at a table that overlooked the kitchen, where I watched one of the chefs slice my steak from the primal cut before cooking it. When the steak arrived at my table, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't need a steak knife; I could easily cut through it with a regular table knife. We were recommended this restaurant by our B&B hosts and we're very happy we listened to them. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but we knew that going in and it was well worth the expense. The chef clearly is passionate about food by the interesting combinations of local produce and meats. Everything tasted fresh, we loved the mixes of flavours, and the wine choices paired well with the food. Our server was very informative, we never felt like she didn't know what she was talking about, and we had a nice conversation with her when our meal was over. The decor is simple but elegant. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

I'm visiting from out of town to see a friend in the Woodstock area, and they recommended we have dinner at Six Thirty Nine. What an excellent choice! Both of our meals were outstanding, and the service was remarkable. We opted for the Chef's Table in the kitchen, which gave us a unique perspective on the care and skill that goes into each dish. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

Always incredible and one-of-a-kind, featuring seasonal ingredients from local sources. The portion sizes are just right, allowing you to savor three courses without feeling overly full. The quality is consistently excellent, and the patio is delightful.

Had dinner here tonight. What a place, what a joy .Great food. Great staff. Fresh organic local fare. Nice atmosphere. This is the place in Woodstock.
