I had dined in many sizzler?s before, regular in a group at Van Nuys, California location. Went to Chatsworth with few senior citizen friends. We were told they don?t have special lunch menu and we were charged $18 for a salad bar (small) which therewasn?t many varieties of food as the usual. Every time we had to ask for a record because they were not from the bar. Quality of salad bar was not good at all. Last week I was at Van Nuys sizzler. I got a senior menu with a small steak, baked potato, drink and a unique large bowl of a salad or soup for just $12,99. I Google searched every Sizzler has this older menu except in Chatsworth. This is misleading for people that they know a particular restaurant...
I went here on Aug 30, 2022 for dinner, I ordered Salmon and vegetables and a lemonade. I sat there for about 20 minutes for my food and during that time no server came by. When my food arrived the waitress did not know I ordered a drink. The salmon was burnt and vegetables were soggy. The service non-existent (the place was almost empty). If you want to be totally ignored and served food that was made by a five year old then this is the place for you.
The service was quite poor during our visit. The clam chowder was underwhelming this time around. Our group had to request the second dish we added to our salad bar order. Additionally, some of the plates were not clean. We were never offered a refill for one of our drinks. Although the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. on Sundays, they started cleaning up and eating at 8 p.m. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this establishment. Reserva una mesa ahora
The best steak I had in YEARS!!! Food was amazing staff was GREAT!!! ?.even if you don?t have cash, always remember you can add a tip to your card receipt. Please tip those who take good care and make sure the food is QUALITY, CLEAN, and SAFE to eat. Thank You for the Great Late Night Meal! (Not the best to eat late, but if I do I want it to be here! ??????
