I'm sorry I have to leave this feedback but I hope it gonna help to improve your kitchen work. Since I saw a new menu with loyalty card I wanted to try a few dishes. First was smoked salmon and eggs and the taste was very poor. Had a few bits. Today I tried my luck with Full English. Ahhh... The eggs were raw, bens cold, mushroom watery and uncooked. Presentation worse than in a builders cafe where you can close your eyes on it as food really tastes good and costs £5. So for £11 I ate bread and 2 bacon slices small sousage which was the only thing which tasted good. No mayo at all, all other sauces empty 5 bottles available, all empty... Thank God coffee tastes good. Really disappointed guys...
I visited this restaurant with my family on a bustling Saturday and was impressed by the expertise of the baristas and the delicious snacks available to pair with our tasty coffee. Our 6-year-old also loved the coffee. I also found out that Small Batch offers online subscriptions, which I plan to gift to my coffee enthusiast partner for his birthday. He is hard to impress when it comes to coffee, but I believe he will enjoy this. We will definitely be returning soon!
I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 10am with hopes of enjoying coffee and cake. Unfortunately, there were only 2 cake options available and the brownies we selected were extremely disappointing- they were warm and soft. Additionally, there was no cold juice or ice available. The serving staff seemed to be hungover and attempted to serve all 3 cakes on one small plate. I would recommend avoiding this place.
The Brighton Station branch of Small Batch Coffee has really gone downhill it used to be a reliable place for coffee before the London commute. After paying over the odds for a tepid latte and a stale almond croissant served by a surly person who couldn’t even look me in the eye I won’t be back. Another one bites the dust.

No one say hi or smiling Talking each other. . The guy with the long hair don' t say nothing . The service on the small batch in seven dials was totally different. More familiar
Lovely place for coffee and the food here is really tasty as well. Always friendly service, a good place for meetings, working, or catching up with friends.
Painfully slow to get the coffee, order wrong and then absolutely no sign of an apology. Good job it was nice coffee!
I love this coffee. Great workspace and reliable wifi too. I also recommend the well run coffee cart by hove station.

Went there in one week twice.. because they do one of the best hot chocolate.. Will go back any time soon! Thanks
I stopped by for a quick coffee on my way home and received excellent service and a delicious coffee. Perfect!
