great victorian style hotel,stayed here for one night after seeing the coldplace concert at the trinity theartre,The architecture of the hotel looks very very grandiose.They have a bar and a restauraunt in the hotel.The rooms are very nice and spacious and cleaned well.The breakfast room was also nice.Bang on convenient location for the theartre.the map they give us when you come in is very informative as it has a map of the city centre so you can navigate round it easilly which i think is very good.will reccomend this hotel to anyone

I really loved my night here. reception staff so friendly. room very clean, bed super comfortable with crispy bed linen and beautiful towels. tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and a water cooker all provided. it is an old hotel, but I liked the character of the place. the breakfast is excellent, cooked for perfection. beautiful ingredients, beautiful served with a rack toast. will return!

Dated in some ways, modern where needed, I loved my 2 day stay here. Ppl depend on their livelihoods for good reviews so I only review places I would like to visit again. Set in a delightful location across the road from a climbing parkland and in the quiet centre of a polite town who cares if the staff don't seek eye contact? They do their job well.

absolutely loved the place. we must give others a scream and compliment that was amazing and proposed a place to dinner and we had an amazing time in the old opernhaus. he gave us a city map and showed us to visit places. many thanks that they so much andrew

Good hotel with car parking, located a 10 minute walk from The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells. Good breakfast.
