I love smashburger but this one is awful. They don't get orders right at all even with double checking. When they messed up my daughter's sandwich by adding cheese I brought it back up and they literally scraped most of the cheese off added more sauce and brought it back and kept the fries. She's lactose intolerant. She cannot have cheese or she gets sick. She tried to lie saying they didn't but I could still see the cheese pieces on it. I gave her my sandwich instead since they didn't care to actually fix their mistake. They also charged us for 2 extra sandwiches we didn't order and messed up the coffee. Not even half of the order was correct. If you go here just be prepared for your order...
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and was disappointed to find that the bacon cheeseburger was incredibly salty. Upon closer inspection, I noticed there was an excessive amount of tomato, and the mayo and barbecue sauce were mixed, which was unexpected. Given the price, I expected more. When I brought my concerns to the chef, there was some disagreement. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich, which had only a few small pieces of meat; the portions simply didn't justify the cost. While the milkshake was good, we feel that the quality of this place has declined since the menu change. This was our second unsatisfactory experience this year, and we’ve decided not to return. I went here for lunch today, and my experience was disappointing. The woman at the counter, who I believe was named Jennifer, seemed completely indifferent to my presence. She spent a few minutes behind the counter without even acknowledging me. When she finally took my order, she wasn’t friendly at all, despite the fact that there was no one else in the restaurant. While I don't expect exceptional service at a fast-food place, I do expect some basic acknowledgment and communication. The delivery of my food after ordering was slow and rather unfriendly as well. On a positive note, the food was good, but I seriously doubt I will return.
Visited for lunch today. Lady at the counter, Jennifer, I think I was totally indifferent. She ran around behind the counter without even recognizing me for at least a few minutes. When she finally decided to take my order, she was not friendly at all. There was no other in the restaurant. Although I do not expect any stellar service in a fast food restaurant, I expect some recognition and communication. The food delivery after the order was slow and also rude. The food was good. I doubt I'll return here.

Saw that Smashburger was doing a BOGO on burgers. It was hot out so a beer and burgers sounded good. Walked right in and ordered. Paid up and was told our order would be right out. Before walking away I asked about the beers and was told that theywould be right out. 10 minutes later our burgers came and again we asked about the beers. It turns out that the cashier wasn'told enough to carry beers around and finally rounded up an adult to do it. Bad service, good burgers.
My favorite dish at the restaurant is the Speck Double Cheeseburger paired with Smash Tots. I also really enjoy the Tater Tots drizzled with olive oil and garnished with rosemary and roasted garlic.
This is honestly the most delicious burger I've ever had! It features a fantastic combination of beef brisket, bacon, and a hamburger patty, all topped off with tasty cheese and sauce!
My first time and the man who took my order was very helpful. Burger was delicious, but the Shaker was fine. Next time I want to try the brussel sprouts and onion rings.

The device was fast. The burger was juicy. I usually build my own combination and flavors and it was delicious. covid procedures were followed.
Honestly the best tasting burger I?ve ever had! Beef brisket with bacon and hamburger patty and the cheese and the sauce is so good!
