Smashburger - Reserva de mesa

At around 8:57 PM, I stopped by for a delicious burger since Smash Burger always delivers, but my experience with the cashier was disappointing. I don’t know her name, but she had short black hair and a confident demeanor. While she had a lovely posture, she didn’t greet us at all. When I asked her where I could find my drink, she ignored me and just kept saying "Welcome" to everyone else around her. It was quite frustrating. Overall, I wish the service matched the quality of the food.

I ordered two servings of the garlic rosemary wings and two servings of Brussels sprouts. The wings were just plain fried wings—there was no hint of garlic or rosemary at all. There was only one serving of ranch dressing when there should have been at least two or four. The children found the chicken wings so tough they were like rocks. If I hadn't been so far away, I would have returned the food and asked for a refund. I won't be going back to this restaurant.

I had their turkey burger. It was salty. I had their tater tots and they were good. The way they seasoned their tatos tots was a new flavor for me but I didn?t mind it. It?s expensive here. It?s like the cashier charged me separately for every item like their wasn?t a meal. The bottled water was $2.99. I came with some friends and they really enjoyed what they had so I?d say give this place a chance.

I'm going to Smashburger for the first time and I'm never going back. The food was disgusting! I got the burger who had bacon and brisket on it, my son got the cheeseburger. The brisket was so hard that I couldn't bite it! My son took a hamburger and refused to eat more. We both threw our food out. I paid $24 for absolutely nothing! What a terrible experience. First visit...definitely 5 stars! There was no wait, the associate helping us answered our questions with no issue and the food was hot, fresh and delicious!! 5/6/22: 2nd Visit, ordered online, skipped the short line, was in and out in under 5 min. Again, our food was hot and most importantly the order was accurate!

It was pretty cool to find a place that hits the spot for your Burger Crave, on the way to the airport. Brisket double cheeseburger did exactly that. Make sure to have them add lettuce and tomato!! If they had grilled onions, it would be perfect!! Try the brussel sprouts. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Yummy ?

Nice staff but not impressed with overall restaurant. Business was slow but a few interior and exterior tables were not cleaned. There were no coffee-related frozen shakes available dispite listing on menu. Food portions not equating to price compared to other similar eateries. Food was tasty, thankfully.

The Cob salad is excellent! All the ingredients are really fresh. This was my first visit, and I will definitely return. My son ordered the Brisket Burger, and I didn't manage to take a photo because it disappeared so quickly! Reserva una mesa ahora

Excellent and friendly service. The young Hispanic lady who works there is so sweet. And they're never disappointed. Eating was incredible.
