Went awhile back and they were not very accommodating. There was a (burger of the day type thing) and I offered to pay more to have one small change due to an allergy. They told me they couldn't do it unless I ordered the same exact burger as a custom burger. Doing this would be close to doubling the price. As a result I only got fries. At the Smash Burger in East Hanover I had a similar issue. They charged our table for a gluten free bun which they didn't give to us because they ran out. They still charged us an extra 2 or 3 dollars for the non-existent bun. For the allergy community this may be a place to be careful of, for everyone else I hear good things. First experience here not the best would have been just as satisfied, if not more, with Burger King. There were 2 people running the entire place. I had asked the person working the counter why so little staff. He said someone called out. If this was my restaurant I would have gone to help the poor staff working like dogs to keep the place open. The owner should be ashamed of his/herself. Reserva una mesa ahora

Loves this Smashburg location. My order is always correct in contrast to the other places I visited. The team is very friendly and the manager Bruce is about and asks every customer if everything is okay. Talk about customer service in a fast food restaurant!

I had a really good burger and shake here. We stumbled upon this place by chance while in the area for a football game and needed something quick to eat. The service was great, and we will definitely be coming back.

Good burgers, but it seems like short staff every time I visit. If you cannot wait for 10-15 minutes. Don’t go to this location. Slippery /dirty floors. Much prefer the Totowa and East Hanover locations

The service was excellent. Good quality ingredients. I enjoyed the many options on the menu. My burger was pretty salty.
