The girl behind the counter never smile never greeted us. She was and still is eating an ice cream with airpods in. The kids behind the counter cooking the food have long hair and no hair nets/hats on. One kid came out from the kitchen with his gloveson holding his pants up because they were falling down and proceeded to make his own drink at the counter where all Thecustomers make their drinks with his gloves on. Then went back to the kitchen. The girl deliver our food to the table with totalattitude. I said thank you very politely hoping for a response and she just walked away. Also food was gross!

One of them came out of the kitchen, holding up his pants because they had fallen down, still wearing gloves, and made his own drink at the customer drink station before going back inside. The girl brought our food to the table with a bad attitude. I said thank you politely, but she ignored me and walked away. Even the food was disappointing!
Great burgers! I had a classic double cheeseburger along with Smashfries and an Angry Orchard beer. The fries were delicious, seasoned with rosemary and paired nicely with some mustard. The beer was served cold in a glass and tasted refreshing. I really liked the atmosphere of the place; when I visited, it was quite busy and there was a line to place orders (the sign at the register indicated that it can get crowded, which is something to keep in mind). Overall, I highly recommend Smashburger!

The food was good, but not outstanding. I tried the spicy chicken wings, but they didn't have much kick to them. I love spicy food, so while others might find them spicy, I wouldn't get your hopes up if you enjoy heat. The flavor was nice, but again, not exceptional. I also had the ribs, which I did enjoy, but they weren't anything to write home about. Overall, the food was decent, but it was pricier than it was worth.

Orders are often canceled without any notification, and it's common for orders to arrive incomplete with several missing items. It's quite disappointing.
