Smashburger - Reserva de mesa

Not ideal. We ordered online for pickup and when we got there, the whole place smelled like bathroom. Employees were wearing headphones while interacting with customers. We ordered two burgers and three sides. Instead we got three burgers and two sides despite the correct items being listed on the receipt. Clearly not a lot of care or pride is taken at this Smashburger.

In short, our visit was a mess. Not sure if the lunch rush had anything to do with it, but the whole process seemed very disorganized. My order consisted of three things, each coming from the kitchen five minutes apart (after reminding the waitress/food runner). One of the bathrooms was out of order. Lackluster burger cost $10, and the shake was $6. Not worth it.

Anthony was super knowledgeable about the menu selection, and had a great suggestion for the Colorado burger and the This was our first time here, but sure won't be the last! Not to mention the homemade yummy old school style burger. Super delicious!! Great team and cooks there

Eating was okay. Nothing special. The share of the frits was small in view of prices. There were no napkins present, and the place was in serious need to wipe tables and a ground return. Straws were packed in a container on the counter and not individually in any way. Reserva una mesa ahora

They are always muded during lunch, but the staff is always very helpful and boy do them cough! Such hard workers and the place is always clean and organized. Food is really good and fresh for the most part. I suggest avoiding the long lines.

Burgers were great, but really had the experience was brilliant about Jay (by Philly!). We were hungry and just removed a long flight from the east coast, but he welcomed us in and made us feel at home. great Burger friendly staff

This restaurant is closed, so we decided to visit the location in Lakewood instead. When you're craving a Colorado burger, you can't go to just any place...

Don't get the wings. They were dry and hardly had a sauce. Save your money and go somewhere else for wings. You are $10 for 6 wings
