I ordered my burger without tomatoes, while my wife included them in her order. However, both burgers ended up without tomatoes and neither had the smash sauce we requested. The dining area was also quite dirty, with leftover food and trash scattered around.
When I finally received my food, I noticed he hadn't asked if I wanted to eat in or take away, but by that point, I just wanted to leave. When my name was called, my food was packed into two bags. I asked about my milkshake, and was told he would make it, but I ended up waiting and watching my ice cream melt away.

Let's be real. Burger are solid and good but not groundbreaking. Fries are really good compared to that some restaurants in this area offer as fries. That means, you cannot do anything wrong going to this place. Staff is superfriendly. Kudos to Register John for his unbelievable kindness every single day to every single customer. Every new customer will notice him. Believe me. Sometimes, fountain is not well mixed but such minor mistakes are easily made up by this great service. In sum, it's a really good burger restaurant

I had a real craving for a burger, and this place did not disappoint! I've driven by it numerous times, but today I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the double avocado bacon burger, and it was fantastic! I'm not usually a big burger person, but this one really made an impression on me. It was juicy and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with some Smash fries that were expertly seasoned. This meal was a definite winner, and I will definitely be coming back!

We were told there'd be a 20 min wait for just burgers and fries... me and my kids were hungry why not, so a good amount of us in the restaurant proceeded to wait... I myself had to wait 30 min for me and my children's food....others waited even longer...food wasn't bad tho unacceptable amount of time to wait ... even as I left several people were asking me how long I had to waitand how displeased they were with there times as well
Really good burgers!!! The sear and seasoning on the burgers really set them apart. Lots of gourmet toppings and specialty burgers. I recommend the Colorado burger. Chicken sandwiches available, and they have salads too. The ?Smash? fries/tots(seasoned with rosemary garlic) are worth it, as are the crispy fried brussel sprouts and haystack fried onions. Haagen Dazice cream shakes can?t be beat!

I opted for the large fries(paid like 5 bucks for 'em)and I ended up getting the same amount as my friends who got the medium(like $2 less). It was a bit disappointing but oh well. Over-all, it was ight.

Prefer through ubereats and asked for certain things not to be on my sandwich and guess what it?s there so I have to throw my who order away because I?m allergic. Simple things like no mushrooms and you still add them Fries were hard and cold. I workedfor Smashburger when it first opened and was a certified trainer for 4 years and this is totally unacceptable
