Spent $45 and so disappointed. My husband went to the Clarke location and got an adjustment during the order and we drove 30 minutes to try Smash Burger. Only for us to come home and they all cut open and have two of them look like the photo attached. That was my 2-year-old burger. It seemed as if they rushed to make our food, although my husband said that the place was empty and remained for four hours until it even closed. I hate to leave such a review because I usually just keep my mouth, but that was just disgusting. I called the store right after I saw it, and the manager offered to remake the two burgers for us. I probably won?
I was looking for a quick meal and chose to try this place. I parked in the lot and noticed the restaurant was fairly clean when I walked in. Unsure of what to order, I asked the cashier for a recommendation, but she admitted she hadn’t tried any of the food herself. I decided on the crispy chicken sandwich, which cost around $7.50. Once I got home and took a bite, I found the sandwich to be disappointing and not worth the price. Will I return? Probably not.

The bun was ice-cold and soggy with moisture, while the burger looked like it had been squished by hand. It was completely tasteless! The fries were also cold. I would never return to this place! Additionally, the entire restaurant had an unpleasant smell.
Their burgers are extremely tasty. Every time I go to this location, I get my food quickly and my order is always correct. One of the workers even checked on me to make sure everything was okay while I was eating there. I definitely appreciate thehospitality shown there. The tables and floor are always clean as well! Very well maintained location for sure.

During my visit to Smashburger, I ordered my meal and got it within 10 minutes, but everything was served cold. The bun was cold and soggy, making it unappealing. The burger appeared squashed by hand and was flavorless. The fries were cold as well. I definitely won’t be returning. On top of that, the whole restaurant had an unpleasant odor.
The burgers here are delicious. Every visit, my food arrives quickly and my order is always accurate. One of the staff even came by to check if everything was alright while I was dining. I truly appreciate the friendly service. The tables and floors are consistently clean, and the location is well-maintained and safe.

I had a fantastic experience at Smashburger. The food was flavorful and fulfilling, with the burgers and fries served hot and juicy. I highly recommend this spot and can't wait to eat here again.
In my humble opinion, this place just can't compete with other higher-quality burger joints. There was no flavor; it felt like I was eating a cheese and lettuce sandwich.
