Upon my arrival there was no one in line before me, shortly there after two others arrived to place takeout orders I went here yesterday and ordered mind you these are not you typical Wendy's 99 cent burger I received raw bacon they ran out of Mayo on my order even doe I was the first one in there and the last to receive my order they tried to whisper and say we are out of Mayo so I read lips pretty good and asked the lady did they say they just ran out of Mayo she just smiled as if I was talking to myself so then I said are you all gonna let the customers know it's no Mayo still just smiled she went to tell the girl we heard her say no Mayo so she comes to only us the black people in the re...

After disregarding some questionable reviews, I decided to visit this restaurant myself and I'm glad I did. I was drawn in by the enticing scent of burgers cooking on a cold night. While shopping next door, I placed my order online and found the process to be quick and easy. The only downside was that I didn't receive a confirmation email until 3 hours later. When I arrived at the designated time, my food was ready. The staff member at the pickup area (skip the line) was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant appeared clean. For what it is, I'd say it's good!! It's like a chipotle of burgers... you can build your own and it comes out hot. The burger itself is pretty simple (maybe a tiny bit saltier than some? but the toppings are fresh and that goes a very long way with me. The fries are VERY VERY good and I'd go back just for those be sure to get the smashfries that are served with rosemary on them. I also love that they offer Honest Tea as a beverage option. I hear the shakes are good and someone liked their chicken, but I couldn't imagine coming here and getting a chicken sandwich. The restaurant itself is clean and the service is very friendly! I'm not usually someone who eats burgers, but I decided to indulge in some extra fat at this place. When we walked into the restaurant, the smell of the cooking burgers was irresistible. I opted for the Truffle mushroom double with extra Swiss, no bun, and also ordered the Bacon Double Smash with Swiss, extra Swiss, no bun, and a side of avocado. The meat could have used some seasoning, but overall it was juicy and tasty with the toppings. My husband got a double classic with garlic parmesan fries, which he thought were pretty good. I always think Smashburger has the potential to be great, but it falls a bit short. Both the Smash fries and sweet potato fries can sometimes be stale. I'm not sure if it's because we always get them to go, or if they're just like that in general. It's a plus that they offer sweet potato fries. The flavors of both are bold. The burgers have a crispy char on the edges, some stay crisp during transport while others can become stale. The Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger has a earthy and garlicky taste, consistently flavorful. The Spicy Baja with Guac didn't have the spice or flavor I expected, only getting spice when biting into the fresh jalapenos. It had more of a fatty beef flavor and texture....

I always forget about this Smashburger, it's small and sort of unnoticeable at first. In the same little strip as Kroger and TJ Max but in the corner, around the side. Confusing but it's there! If you like burger and fries, I think they do well enough. This was only my 2nd time having Smashburger so the worker was extra patient and nice while I perused the menu. Ended up with a mushroom truffle grilled chicken sandwich.... so good and only $7.99. Hubs enjoyed his single patty for 5.99 and really thought it was a solid burger at a low price comparatively. We also split the smash fries and they were pretty good too! A rosemary herb mix on top of crispy shoestring fries! Not a bad spot to grab...

I've had Smashbugers at CVG in the past, and I'm a big fan of their big meaty burgers and smash fries. I stopped by after work at this location and got a burger. Smelled good, but the patty was overwhelmingly salty once I bit into it. I had to run to get a glass of water to wash it away. I'm not sure if it was just a bad burger, but note to those who are normally on low-salt diets to request a less salty burger if you order from here. The fries were still delicious though, highly recommend them!

Came in at 1pm on a Thursday was greeted right away, took our order and the order was out to us before I even sat down. Burger was really good. I do think the bacon could be cooked a bit longer but that's individual preference. Hubby's burger was so good he was done eating before I got halfway through mine! Hehe the fries were really really good. I normally do not eat fries but I ate every one of these. Definitely worth checking out. Reserva una mesa ahora

Smash Burger has good burgers I just think they need a little more flavor. Every time I go here I get friendly service and never takes to long. This time I was doing take out and the food came out perfect. I had the triple cheese and a pub triple cheese. The pub has a little to much cheese for me. I like the dining area with one complaint the seats sink when you sit in them. Had a good experience I will be back.

Haven't been here for 4 years so I figured it be nice to have an old favorite. I don't recall the burger tasting so salty but it was still good. Unfortunately, the price caught me. For just myself and a 3 yr old it was $19. That's not a family friendly price, especially when 3 yr olds barely eat.
