I hadn't been to Smashburger in a while, so I was surprised when I saw the new menu. I see the main changes are they now have combo deals and the create your own burger now has cheaper options if you pick a size smaller than the "big" burger.

I have to agree that the burgers and pommes at the first opening were narrow, which were long lines and which were very special. but that was only because there were new cash every fifteen minutes, I went there two Saturdays. I must say from this experience that all necessary corrections have been made. the new manager is creepy (the brown one). he entertained us when we waited for our order, dinner and a show. the food was great and that was not so long. the only thing they need to work on is that the cashiers say hello, I can take their order instead of just staring at them. but again she was new and sweet as soon as she started...read more

Salty, Puny, Greasy.. Long lines since it's the latest gig in town. But not worth the wait. Our food was overloaded with salt and grease seriously. And the portions of fries were puny. Perhaps they'll get better after battling the crowds checking out the newest place in town. Perhaps.
the line was annoying long and the service was terrible. the cash has made my order completely wrong several times. I would have gone right away if I hadn't spent 20 minutes trying to find the place. Five young people are better. smash was a HUGE flag.
