Smithson's Fish Chips

1 of the few fish and chip shops which opens on a Sunday! We wanted takeaway but not a massive or 2 pricey 1 so opted 4 the kids meal deal we got 3 decent size cod fish bites with generous amount of chips only £4,50 which inc a small drink! Def good value for money a young child wouldn't b able 2 eat that much, great for oap or smaller appetite!

Great fish and chips. A generous portion of fish with a crispy batter. The chips were really nice and there were lots of them. OAP meals on Monday only, and they only accept cash, so go prepared.

We had large cod great and 3 of us had a battered sausage with a child’s cod meal. cannot believe how wonderful it was and brilliant value

This is the best chippy in the south, a lovely friendly family business with excellent food and very good value for money 10/10

A first for us, getting fish and chips for lunch! The kids fish meal is a good size and filling. It was nice and crispy.
