Smokey Pig Barbecue

I grew up in Columbus (for the most part) and now live in Sarasota Florida. I had to help my daughter get her car back from Ole Miss for Christmas break and decided to make a two-day road trip out of it rather than ship the car. My friend I stayed with called on the way and I told him I wanted 10 sandwiches and a Boston Butt to take back but I would miss a time they were open just due to driving times. He had it waiting for me. The next day I drove back and that is what we are having tonight. I have not had a BBQ sandwich from there in 5 years and can't wait! Gotta try it!

I went there got to chip sandwiches they charged me $5 and some change for the same size sandwiches that you can go to 13th Street andpay 1.99 for and then half of my sandwich didn't even have meat on it I was at work and not able to take my sandwich back down there to get it replaced they told me to hang on to my sandwich until I can get back down there to replace it I was really unhappy with the the rudeness of the guy that works there

Today my first time was in smokey pig. I got a bbq plate with two sides. I have to work and had a bit of everything. it is fantastic and I am very happy with my meal! I'm going back to the final!
