To summarize my experience, my wife ordered a smoothie online, and I went to pick it up just 15 minutes later. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was there for the smoothie and provided both my and my wife’s first and last names. A female employee told me she hadn’t received or made any pickup orders. She then asked another female associate, who also claimed she had no record of any pickup orders. Given that it was close to closing time, I thought perhaps the order had been canceled, so I decided to order two smoothies that I hoped my wife would like.
When I got home, my wife informed me that her order was not canceled and that she was still charged for the smoothie she had ordered...
Their staff has always been friendly, they're very good about taking care of people with allergies, and Amin is a fantastic owner. Here's an example:My better half ordered 2 smoothies online. I was on the phone while picking it up and saw 2 smoothies. Read the first one and it was her name, so grabbed both of them.One problem: The 2nd one wasn't ours.We don't live far away, so I went back to let them know about my error I didn't want the poor worker to get in trouble for my error. The owners of this place take advantage of their employees. Especially the young lady who works in the morning! Other employees don't show up and she is there to do everything on her own all day. When things slow down she tries to sit for ten minutes, then go finish up the rest of her work. Owners call and say no sitting down, you have work that needs to be done. Like what! Owners if you're reading this you need to give this young lady a raise. She never calls off and never complains. You have a great employee on your hands. have been waiting for management to contact me about the watery Smoothie I ordered through the app. On May 20, 2002. Corporate even forwarded my issue to them and over a month later. Still no call!Update to owners reply. I contacted the link you provided over a month ago. This is why I wrote my review here. As you the owner of this location, why aren't you handling my issue since the customer can't for whatever reason.

I placed an order online and was charged for it, but the staff claimed they never received my order. I spoke with the owner and corporate, but it seemed like I was just being passed around without any resolution. I provided my order number, but I still haven't received a refund. It's frustrating that they would lose a customer over their mistake. Plus, the smoothies weren't that great either!
The owner was rude both over the phone and in person. The app wasn't functioning properly, yet he refused to honor a deal in-store, despite the app indicating he should. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Smoothie King corporate needs to step in.
Very nice place clean. The staff is very professional and polite. The most important thing is that the smoothies are rich and thick consistency, they are not watery like in other places.
Excellent smoothie! This was a big change from what I expereinced back in July/August right after I moved to Westmont. Kudos to the staff and the owner for the improvement.
