Smooy - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I have been to Smooy many times. Always perfect, until today. It was pouring with rain and the chairs and tables were sopping wet.... except for one table which was bone dry because of it’s location. The only member of staff was sitting there (English) with two of her friends. There were no customers. The friends had not bought anything from Smooy, they were just sitting there. After we had bought our (excellent) yoghurts, the member of staff and her friends simply watched while we attempted to dry our chairs and table using our own Kleenex tissues.... no offer of help, no offer to give up their dry chairs and table. They just continued showing each other their selfies. On leaving, I calmly said to the member of staff that if I owned the business I would not be happy. She did not look sorry but she said “sorry”! As I passed the dry table with her friends still sitting there I said.. “and you haven’t even bought anything”.... they smirked. The owner needs to explain to the member of staff what “customer service” means.

Great little treat for the kids, They loved getting to choose their own toppings. Unfortunately one of the machines was broken when we visited so there wasnt much choice on flavour of yogurt. Different alternative for dessert

Had this for desert on our last evening.nit was great all our children loved it x even our eldest he had milkshake staff very friendly and accommodating.

Milkshakes are the best here best I e tasted in a long time I highly recommend this quirky little place

Been here quite a few times this summer and the word is DELICIOUS. Place clean and staff very nice.
